Tuition Fee Schedule Grade 1-6

The Akhepran Accounts Department will charge a $25 fee for any returned checks, in addition to any charges applied by your bank. 

All students are enrolled for the entire academic year. The budget and staffing for Akhepran International Academy are determined by each enrollment. Your invoice will reflect the entire school year, with payment due dates spread throughout the year (see schedule above).

The obligation to pay the tuition and fees for the full academic year is mandatory. Akhepran International Academy does not provide refunds for tuition. All matters or queries regarding tuition discrepancies must be submitted in writing to the Finance Committee of the Akhepran School Board. If I withdraw my child before the end of the academic year, I agree that pro-rated tuition and fees must be paid. I acknowledge and accept this Tuition Contract for the Insert Date academic year. I have read and understand the contents of this agreement, including the tuition refund policy. 

School fees are to be paid at any branch of Commonwealth Bank to A/C #117000222, Akhepran International Academy. Payment slips are to be collected from the school’s office. Ensure that the bank teller types the student's name in the computer. The middle copy of the deposit slip MUST be returned to the school’s office to confirm proof of payment. SCHOOL FEES ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT THE OFFICE.
